The Directorate of Prosecution and Legal Services is responsible for all NDLEA legal matters.
Its responsibilities include:
- Prosecution of all drug suspects and any such persons that the Agency may wish to have prosecuted
- Handling of assets forfeiture proceedings
- Preferment of advice and legal drafting on litigation, contractual matters,
treaties and Memoranda of Understanding, and court litigation involving personnel of the Agency.
